As these are customized products, the delivery time is calculated as follows: production time + transport time to the country of shipment. • The production period will be, esteemed, up to 72 hours on working days, from the date of receipt and confirmation of payment by our company, except for a stock break, in which an alternative delivery period will be proposed, with the exception of personalized products, which may take longer to customize. • Shipping time varies between 2 to 4 business days. If you have doubts about whether the photo size is big enough for the product, just start customizing the product and add that image or photo to your design. The larger the size of the image, the higher the quality you will get, since the image is large and has good quality, and if it has low quality, a lower resolution will be used, which will be enough for the product to look pixelated. The maximum size of images accepted is 25MB. All the information mentioned above refers exclusively to that related to the size of the image with regard to the size of the print, we understand that in addition to this factor, so that you can see the product well, other factors are important that cannot be controlled from the editor, for example blurred or dark images.

When validating on computer monitors or other types of screens, such as mobile phones and printers in particular, the colors undergo changes, depending on the calibrations inserted in the utensils, so the colors we see in them may not be the real ones. Although on some occasions, images with more particular characteristics or less common profiles, may imply less chromatic fidelity.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of the same, with the respective code, in order to follow the track through the carrier's page.

It is only possible to modify a product if it has not yet been manufactured, and for a variant of the same product, for example, if you buy a mug with a white interior and want to change it to another interior color, or if you buy a t-shirt, and want to change the fabric color. We make every effort to make you feel satisfied with your orders and ensure that they arrive in perfect condition at their destination. If this does not happen, it is important that you communicate with us within a maximum period of 30 days, as we will still keep the recent information of your order, taking into account that after this period, we will destroy the images of the orders due to our policy of protection of data and images.
